• No work will begin until payment is received.
• All payments are non-refundable after work has started.
• Any third-party ad spend is separate from Sooclix service fees.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Sooclix works with best strategies and efforts, but we do not guarantee:

• Specific sales numbers
• Exact lead volume
• Fixed ad performance
• Search engine rankings

Marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

6. Advertising Accounts

Clients are responsible for:

• Funding their own ad accounts
• Providing correct billing information
• Following platform policies

Sooclix is not liable for account suspensions caused by client business practices.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, strategies, and business information shared with Sooclix will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

Any content, creatives, or strategies developed by Sooclix remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sooclix shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Business interruptions
• Ad account bans
• Technical issues beyond our control
